How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard home delivery: 5 to 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) from order confirmation. This period may be longer during periods of sales or special promotions (7-12 days).

Where I can get my order?

You can receive it at the address of your choice, however, we do not deliver to PO boxes or hotels.

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?

No, the delivery country always has to match the country of purchase. In our case we only deliver in Mexican territory.

What is the home delivery process?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse, another with a tracking number (with a link to the courier company's website) and, finally, The carrier will contact you by SMS or email to inform you of the delivery of your order. We will do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered complete, on some occasions, we could send your order in different shipments and couriers, we will let you know with an e-mail when this happens.
