Returns
No changes or returns are made on:
- Bodysuits
- Socks
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer an exchange.
If you want a size or model change, once you receive your package you must request a return and make a new purchase. Changes to products that have been purchased online must be processed by this means. In case of size changes, it is possible to go to one of our physical stores, however, changes are subject to availability. It is necessary to show your purchase receipt (which arrived with the order) to be able to make exchanges in physical stores.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and with its respective labels.
We will not be able to make refunds or returns in the following cases:
- The product has obvious signs of use.
- The product is not in perfect condition.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipping. - If we do not have availability of the product, in this case the exchange would be made for another product of the same value or if it is higher, the difference would be paid by the client.
